If this is your first time needing service and would like to know more, we are happy to explain how it works. When you first call us we will setup an account for you and take a description on what your needs are. Once we have you setup we will schedule a time that works for you with one of our service professionals to meet with you at your home or establishment. Our technician will take sometime to discuss with you, your experience with your system. Once a report of the problem has been established, the technician will begin the diagnostic process on your equipment. During this time the technician will build a report on your system and then share the findings of the equipment with you. Following the diagnosis the technician will go over what options are available to you and come to an agreement with you on how to proceed. Once a plan for repairs has been agreed upon, our technician will move foreward with the necessary actions to get you back in business. By using this process we provide you the customer with the peace of mind & options to choose how your equipment is serviced.
